Shipping

At TARA Sparkling Homes, we use reliable carriers to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely and safe manner. International orders are usually delivered within 10-15 business days and domestic orders within 7- 9 business days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

SHIPPING CHARGES

All domestic orders above Rs.999 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING. Orders under Rs. 999 will have a flat rate shipping fee of Rs. 75.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- As per actuals basis destination and weight Plus Rs. 500 as processing Charges.

DUTIES & TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.

TRACKING PACKAGE

We have tied up with reputed Shipping companies, once the order is processed and shipped you will receive all the communication from them via an email and message both with latest status and tracking details. Please rest assured we endeavour to exceed your expectation.

 

NON AVAILABILITY OF DELIVERY

Our delivery partners will return the product to us if unreceived at your address. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including postal/zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number ) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.

 

MODES OF PAYMENT

For shipping in India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard & Visa) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. For all international transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard & Visa) and also provide the option to pay using PayPal. PayPal and Razorpay are our third party payment gateways. However, we will enable International payments in coming days.

We also offer a cash on delivery option (COD). The COD option is only available for domestic orders upto INR 25,000. All COD orders are only dispatched after telephonic confirmation with the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

TARA Sparkling Homes endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

Check the products carefully once you receive them and mention any tampering of the package, missing item or damage/ breakage on the delivery receipt presented by the courier partner.

Retain the packaging of the damaged products received until our insurance adjuster visits to survey the breakage.

Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit.

Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution. In case of an exchange the net value value must be greater than Rs.999 to be eligible for free shipping.

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with.

In case you receive a package, which you believe was damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) and contact us.

Additionally, please mention details about the damaged merchandise on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as 'received'.
